Dr. Ronald Quiba completed his medical degree in 1979 at the Manila Central University, Philippines. He trained in Pediatrics at the Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, Brooklyn, New York, and also at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy, New Jersey.
